What credit cards does AmpliMoney offer?
AmpliMoney offers two main cards: Cashback Everyday (1.5% unlimited cashback on all purchases, no annual fee) and Rewards Plus (3x points on dining and travel, 1x on everything else, no annual fee). Both include a 0% intro APR for the first 15 months on purchases and balance transfers.

Go to your credit card account, find the transaction in question, and click "Dispute this charge." You'll be asked to describe the issue (fraudulent charge, billing error, merchandise not received, etc.). We'll investigate within 10 business days and issue a provisional credit while the dispute is in progress. You can also call our support line for immediate assistance.
Digital Banking & Mobile App
What can I do with the AmpliMoney mobile app?
The AmpliMoney app lets you check balances, view transactions, transfer money, deposit checks by photo, send money via Zelle, pay bills, lock/unlock your debit card, monitor your FICO score, set up account alerts, and find fee-free ATMs near you. Available for iOS and Android.
How do I send money with Zelle?
Open the AmpliMoney app, tap "Send Money" or "Zelle," enter the recipient's email or phone number, enter the amount, and confirm. If the recipient is already enrolled in Zelle, the money typically arrives within minutes. First-time recipients will need to enroll through their own bank.
How do I deposit a check using the mobile app?
Open the app, tap "Deposit," enter the check amount, then photograph the front and back of the endorsed check. Funds from mobile deposits are typically available within 1 business day. The daily mobile deposit limit is $10,000 for personal accounts.
How do I view my FICO score?
Your FICO score is displayed on your dashboard when you log in, and also in the mobile app under "Credit Score." The score updates monthly and includes a breakdown of factors affecting your score. Viewing your score does not impact it. This feature is free for all AmpliMoney account holders.
Security & Fraud
How is my money protected?
All AmpliMoney deposit accounts are FDIC insured up to $250,000 per depositor. We use bank-level 256-bit encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), real-time fraud monitoring, and zero-liability protection on unauthorized transactions. You will never be held responsible for unauthorized charges.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication in your account or mobile app. You can choose to receive verification codes via SMS, email, or an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy). We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts.
What should I do if I suspect fraud on my account?
Immediately lock your card through the mobile app or website (Settings > Card Controls > Lock Card). Then call our fraud hotline at 1-800-555-AMPLI or report fraud through the app under Help > Report Fraud. We monitor accounts 24/7 and will work with you to investigate and resolve any unauthorized activity.
How do I lock or unlock my debit card?
Open the AmpliMoney app, go to Card Controls, and toggle the lock switch. When locked, all new transactions are declined. Recurring payments and pending transactions are not affected. You can unlock the card instantly whenever you're ready to use it again.
Fees & Pricing
Does AmpliMoney charge overdraft fees?
AmpliMoney does not charge traditional overdraft fees. Instead, we offer Overdraft Protection: link your savings account or credit card as a backup funding source. If your checking balance is insufficient, we'll automatically transfer funds from your linked account at no charge. If you don't have Overdraft Protection and a transaction would overdraw your account, it will simply be declined.
Are there fees for wire transfers?
Domestic wire transfers are $25 for outgoing and free for incoming. International wire transfers are $45 for outgoing and $15 for incoming. Business account holders on premium plans receive reduced wire transfer fees.
What are the foreign transaction fees?
AmpliMoney credit cards have no foreign transaction fees. Debit card purchases made outside the US incur a 1% foreign transaction fee. ATM withdrawals abroad are subject to a $3 fee per transaction plus any fees charged by the ATM operator.
